Notes You know the worst part of depression? You don’t even realise you have it until its too late. Once you are depressed, you stop caring. You don’t even care about getting better, so you just get worse. And even if you do try, it doesn’t work because nothing works. You think you are a failure, so you don’t let yourself succeed. You don’t think it could possibly get worse, but it always does. Eventually, you just give up. And that’s when depression becomes deadly.
